The following Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this campaign provided herein by Gimme4fingers Malaysia Sdn Bhd (herforth referred to as The Organizer). By accessing this campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms of use without limitation or qualification.

Campaign Period

4Fingers Jawbreakers Scratch & Win campaign will run from 11th June – 30th June.  The Organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice.

Eligibility:

This Campaign is open to all participants above 18 years of age who hold a valid identification card or passport except the Organizer which shall include employees from Gimme4fingers Malaysia Sdn Bhd and related parties.

  1. 4Fingers Jawbreakers Scratch & Win users can only redeem prizes with a minimum purchase of any Jawbreaker combo meal at any 4Fingers restaurants except Sabah and KLIA stores. Redeem the FREE item upon purchase of any 4Fingers Jawbreaker burgers combo.
  2. Scratch cards are not exchangeable for cash or other deals or goods or credit of any kind in-store. Scratch card redemption is valid until the 31st of August 2022. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after expiry date. 
  3. Each person is entitled to one redemption only. Scratch cards can be only redeemed ONCE at the selected 4Fingers restaurant. 
  4. The winners must abide by all laws and regulations currently in place and the terms and conditions of the party(ies) arranging and/or providing the Prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the Prizes, if any. 
  5. 4Fingers scratch cards are strictly not for sale. Scratch cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorized activity, immediately report this to the Organizer .
  6. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the scratch card redemption we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to the scratch card. 
  7. The use of each scratch card must be in conjunction with the card’s Terms and Conditions, Gimme4Fingers Malaysia Sdn Bhd Terms of Use.
  8. No party shall publish or use any advertising, sales promotions, press releases, image of our scratch cards or other publicity which bears our name, logo, trademarks or service marks without our prior written approval.
  9. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility for any lost, stolen or fraudulent scratch cards. Once cards have been received, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure its safe keeping.
  10. The Organizer reserves the right to request additional information or documentation from time to time for verification purposes.
  11. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, cancel or extend the duration of this campaign at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
  12. The Organizer reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arise. The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming a prize is the responsibility of the winner(s).

How to Redeem:

  • Step 1: Scratch off the back of the card to reveal the redemption. 
  • Step 2: Bring the scratch card to any 4Fingers restaurant except Sabah and KLIA stores to redeem with a minimum purchase of any Jawbreaker combo meal.
