No gift

To ensure the highest standards of integrity, fairness and transparency in all business dealings, 4Fingers Group of Companies (“Group”) maintains a strict No Gift Policy (“Policy”) as part of its zero-tolerance stance against bribery and corruption. The Group is also committed to upholding all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.

Policy Guidelines

A. Definitions

  1. “Employees” means all individuals employed by the Group at all levels, including permanent, contract, probationary, part-time as well as interns, and includes their family members and any person acting on their behalf.
  2. “Gifts” means cash, vouchers, discounts, services, food and beverages, hampers, entertainment, hospitality or any other benefits, regardless of value.
  3. “Group” means 4Fingers Pte Ltd, 4Fingers Singapore Pte Ltd, 4Fingers Concept Pte Ltd, 4Fingers International Pte Ltd, G4F Restaurants Pte Ltd, Gimme4Fingers Malaysia Sdn Bhd, PT Four Fingers Crispy Chicken and any other subsidiaries, related or affiliated entities of the Group, whether existing now or established in the future.
  4. “Third Parties” means any person or organisation, including vendors, suppliers, contractors, service providers, landlords or any external party, with whom the Group has or may have business dealings.

B. No Gifts

  1. Third Parties are strictly prohibited from offering or accepting any Gifts, whether directly or indirectly, to or from the Employees.

C. Exceptions

  1. Nominal promotional items of token value (e.g., pens, notebooks or other items bearing a Third Party’s logo) may be offered to the Employees only with prior written approval from the relevant Head of Department (“HOD”).
  2. Hospitality events may be attended by the Employees if they form part of an official event hosted by a Third Party where an official invitation has been extended, provided that prior written approval is obtained from the relevant HOD.
  3. Any other Gifts may be offered to the Employees only with prior written approval from the relevant HOD. Such Gifts shall not be retained for personal use and must be shared collectively with other Employees of the Group.

D. Consequences of Non-Compliance

  1. Any violation of this Policy constitutes serious misconduct and may lead to termination of business relationships, disqualification from future engagements or other actions deemed appropriate by the Group. The Group also reserves the right to pursue further legal action in accordance with applicable laws.
